Tho House
Tho House is a townhouse on Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street in Vung Tau, with 250 m² of floor area, completed in 2026. Its facade is a warm beige plastered volume where softly rounded balconies alternate with a round window and large rounded-corner glazing. These curves soften the familiar townhouse form while casting shade over the rooms behind, and planters on the roof complete the picture of a home close to nature in the coastal city.
The ground floor is screened by curved vertical timber louvres that keep it private while letting light and air through. At night, warm light glowing behind the louvres and windows turns the house into a soft lantern on the street.
Inside, each floor is arranged as a bright, open living space: living room, dining table and kitchen flow together, with pale grey tiled floors, light oak cabinetry paired with moss-green upper cabinets, rattan pendant lights and leaf-blade ceiling fans. Smaller studio units use timber-framed fluted glass screens to separate the sleeping area while keeping light flowing through. Bedrooms are warm with lit timber headboard panels, and a bathroom opens through a round window onto greenery, echoing the curves of the facade.
The house has 250 m² of floor area and was completed in 2026.
